The Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2003 (c 6) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It implements recommendations made in the Patten report. Sections 14 to 19 were repealed by Part 2 of Schedule 8 to the . Paragraphs 3 to 5 of Schedule 4 to the Policing (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 would have inserted new sections 30(6)(d) and 30(11), and a new Part 3A in Schedule 2. However, the said paragraphs 3 to 5 were repealed by Part 13 of Schedule 8 to the Policing and Crime Act 2009, without ever having been brought into force.
