Pregnancy in art covers any artistic work that portrays pregnancy. In art, as in life, it is often unclear whether an actual state of pregnancy is intended to be shown. Historiskt var merparten gifta kvinnor i något skede av en graviditet under stora delar av sitt liv fram till menopausen, men trots detta är motivet inte vanligt, utöver vissa specifika motivkretsar.
