Ramón Solis (born 8 July 1960) is a Filipino weightlifter. He has represented the Philippines internationally from 1975 to 1998. He won several medals in the Southeast Asian Games from 1977 to 1997. He won gold medals in 1981, 1983, 1985, 1987, 1989 and 1991 in the Southeast Asian Games. He competed in the men's middle heavyweight event at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Among the weightlifters he coached includes Olympians Hidilyn Diaz and Elreen Ando. He also has coached the varsity weightlifting teams of the University of Cebu and the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
