Roger de Beaumont, 2nd Earl of Warwick (c. 1102 – 12 June 1153) was the elder son of Henry de Beaumont, 1st Earl of Warwick and Margaret (d. after 1156), daughter of Geoffroy, Count of Perche and Beatrix of Montdidier. He was also known as Roger de Newburgh.

Er ist auch als Roger de Newburg bekannt. Er erbte 1119 von seinem Vater den Titel Earl of Warwick und den Großteil von dessen anderen englischen Gütern. 1138 überließ er seinem jüngeren Bruder Henry de Neubourg die Herrschaft Gower in Wales. Roger wird im Allgemeinen als ein gläubiger und frommer Mann erachtet. Eine Chronik aus dieser Periode, die , spricht von ihm als einen Mann sanften Gemüts (engl. man of gentle disposition). Die Borough Warwick gedenkt seiner als Gründer des Hospital of S. Michael für Leprakranke, welches er mit dem Zehnten von und anderen Besitz ausstattete. Ferner unterstützte er das Templerhaus jenseits der Brücke. In der Regierungszeit von König Stephan errichtete er eine Priory bei Llangennilth, Glamorgan, die dem Heiligen Kenned gewidmet war, und der Abtei St. Taurin in Évreux in der Normandie unterstand. Michael for lepers which he endowed with the tithes of Wedgnock, and other property; he also endowed the House of the Templars beyond the bridge. He also built the Chapel of St James the Great in Warwick which is now part of the Lord Leycester Hospital In the reign of King Stephen he founded a priory dedicated to S. Cenydd at Llangennith, Co.
