The Rugby Observer is a free weekly newspaper covering Rugby town in Warwickshire, England, and its surrounding villages. Since the launch of the paper in 1991 it has become the town's best-read local newspaper with a weekly readership of 163,136 which circulates every Thursday, which is over 12,000 more than its nearest rival.
