Shrill: Notes from a Loud Woman is a 2016 non-fiction book by American writer Lindy West. Favorably reviewed, Shrill was optioned as a television series, which premiered on Hulu in March 2019, starring Aidy Bryant. West's memoir is full of a wild, joyous vulgarity and ranges from body images and rape threats to puberty and her love for her husband.
