Thomas Cuthbert Leighton Williams (20 March 1877 – 1 April 1946) was an English clergyman who served in the Roman Catholic Church as the Archbishop of Birmingham from 1929 to 1946. He was born in Handsworth, Birmingham on 20 March 1877 to James Anthony and Emma Mary (née Leighton) Williams. He was educated at St Wilfrid's College, Cotton and St Mary's College, Oscott. He was ordained to the priesthood on 24 August 1900. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1903 and a Master of Arts degree in 1909.
