Toh Chin Chye DUNU (Chinese: 杜进才; pinyin: Dù Jìncái; 10 December 1921 – 3 February 2012) was a Singaporean politician who served as Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore between 1959 and 1968. Toh is widely recognised as one of the founding fathers of Singapore. He was also one of the founders of the People's Action Party (PAP), which has governed the country continuously since independence. After Toh had resigned from the Cabinet in 1981, he continued to serve as a Member of Parliament (MP) on the backbenches.

Ia menjabat sebagai Ketua Partai Tindakan Rakyat dari tahun 1954 hingga 1981, dan sebagai Wakil Rektor Universitas Singapura dari tahun 1968 hingga 1975. Setelah meninggalkan Kabinet pada tahun 1981, ia lantas menjadi anggota Parlemen Singapura sampai ia pensiun dari politik pada tahun 1988.
