Toorak railway station is located on the Frankston line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Armadale, and opened on 7 May 1879. The present station dates from 1914, after the tracks between South Yarra and Caulfield were re-graded and quadruplicated. In 1972, the island platform (Platforms 2 and 3) was extended at the Down end of the station. On 30 June 1977, freight traffic was withdrawn. In 1993, major re-signalling works occurred between Toorak, Malvern, Armadale and Caulfield stations.
