Torre Caney is the second tallest building in Santo Domingo and the Dominican Republic. At 178 m (584 ft) tall, it is one of the tallest buildings in the Caribbean region. It was the tallest building in the Dominican Republic until completion of the residential tower Anacaona 27. It is located along the Anacaona Avenue, an area of increasing development in Santo Domingo which hosts many of the tallest buildings in the country and the Caribbean.

Anacaona que hoy en día tiene en construcción dos de las torres más altas de Santo Domingo y el Caribe que serán inauguradas a finales del 2017. La Avenida ha revolucionado el horizonte urbano de Santo Domingo debido al sin número de proyectos residenciales de lujo que se construyen en esta área de la ciudad. La misma tiene un total de 58 apartamentos, uno por piso, cuyos precios oscilan entre 2-5 millones de dólares, cabe destacar que al día de hoy todos han sido comprados, 28 por familias de nacionalidad dominicana, y el resto por extranjeros.
