Virgil Milton Jester (July 23, 1927 – February 15, 2016) was an American professional baseball pitcher who appeared in 21 games in Major League Baseball as a member of the Boston / Milwaukee Braves in 1952 and 1953. Born in Denver, Jester threw and batted right-handed and was listed as 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m) tall and 188 pounds (85 kg). He graduated from North High School and attended the Colorado State College of Education. Virgil Jester died from pneumonia in Arvada, Colorado, on February 15, 2016.
