William Marshal, 2nd Earl of Pembroke (French: Guillaume le Maréchal) (1190 – 6 April 1231) was a medieval English nobleman and was one of Magna Carta sureties. He fought during the First Barons' War and was present at the Battle of Lincoln (1217) alongside his father William Marshal, 1st Earl of Pembroke, who led the English troops in that battle. He commissioned the first biography of a medieval knight to be written, called L'Histoire de Guillaume le Mareschal, in honour of his father.

Er gehörte der Adelsopposition an, die von König Johann Ohneland die Anerkennung der Magna Carta erzwang. Nachdem er bereits unter seinem Vater eine wichtige Rolle im Ersten Krieg der Barone gespielt hatte, war er während der Minderjährigkeit von König Heinrich III. einer der mächtigsten englischen Magnaten. Er erreichte zwar nicht das staatsmännische Format seines Vaters, war aber dennoch ein fähiger Verwalter und Militär. Durch einen erfolgreichen Feldzug gegen die Waliser 1223 sicherte er die englische Herrschaft in Südwestwales und befriedete die Region bis in die 1250er Jahre.
