Yep Kramer (born 15 November 1957) is a Dutch-Frisian long track and marathon speed skater. He is the father of speed skaters Sven Kramer and Brecht Kramer. In 1985, 1986 and 1997 he participated in the Elfstedentocht (Eleven Cities Tour), the world's largest speed skating competition. In 1997 he finished the almost 200 km long race in 8th position. In 1993 and 1996 he participated in the Dutch natural track marathon championships (100 km). In 1993 he came in 4th and in 1996 he won the Dutch natural track marathon championships (100 km).

Zijn beste prestatie was het op het EK Allround van 1983 behalen van de tweede plaats in het eindklassement. Op dit kampioenschap werd hij derde op de 5000 en 1500 m. Op het WK Allround van 1980 won hij brons op de 1500 m. Drie jaar later kreeg hij op het WK Allround op de 5000 m het zilver uitgereikt. Svých největších úspěchů dosáhl v sezóně 1982/1983, kdy vybojoval stříbrnou medaili na a byl čtvrtý na . Startoval také na ZOH 1984 (10 000 m – 9. místo). V sezóně 1985/1986 se účastnil prvního ročníku Světového poháru, poté ukončil sportovní kariéru. V roce 1992 startoval v jednom závodu na nizozemském šampionátu. (cs)
