Youssef Ramadan (Arabic: يوسف رمضان; born 7 July 2002) is an Egyptian swimmer. He is an African record holder in the short course 4×50 metre medley relay and 4×100 metre medley relay, where he swam butterfly on both relays. He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the 100 metre butterfly where he placed 16th in the semifinals. At the 2021 FINA World Short Course Swimming Championships he placed fourth in the 100 metre butterfly, fifth in the 4×50 metre medley relay, 12th in the 4×100 metre medley relay, 13th in the 4×100 metre freestyle relay, and 13th in the 100 metre freestyle.
