Aliya Farkhatovna Mustafina (Russian: Алия Фархатовна Мустафина) is a Russian former artistic gymnast. With a combined total of 45 Olympic, World and European Championship medals, she is considered one of the most successful gymnasts of all time. Mustafina is the second-most decorated Olympic Women’s artistic gymnast of the 21st century, behind Simone Biles. In February 2021 Mustafina was announced as the head coach of the Russian junior national team.
