Barracuda is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is an enemy of the Punisher. The character is depicted as a cheerfully optimistic and sadistic mercenary and gangster of great physical strength and endurance who commits various atrocities such as rape, mass murder, kidnapping and cannibalism.
