Billy Jacques (3 July 1871 – December 1957 (aged 86)) was a rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1890s and 1900s. He played representative level rugby union for Yorkshire, and at club level for Hull F.C.(Prior to the 1895–96 Northern Rugby Football Union season, Hull F.C. was a rugby union club), and club level rugby league for St Helens (Heritage No. 26) and Hull F.C. (Heritage No.), as a goal-kicking wing or centre, i.e. number 2 or 5, or, 3 or 4.
