The Bogle is a dance move originating from Kingston, Jamaica. The dance gets its name from a dancer named Bogle who danced as part of Kingston's Black Roses crew, who was in turn inspired by Barrington Levy. The Bogle dance is a Jamaican-born dance move invented in the 1990s which involves the moving of one’s body in a longitudinal, ocean-wave motion while at the same time raising one's arms up and down, aiding the wave motion.
