Catholic Central High School was a private, Roman Catholic high school in Troy, New York, United States. It was located within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany. During the 2021-2022 school year, Catholic Central High School educated 218 students in grades 7–12. Catholic Central High School closed in June 2022 and merged with St. Ambrose School in Latham, New York, creating the new . The school's Troy property was put up for sale in March 2022.
