Col. Charles Duncan McPherson (April 11, 1877 —1970) was a soldier, journalist and politician from Manitoba, Canada. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1910–14, and again from 1915-22. He was a Liberal, and served as a cabinet minister in the government of Tobias Norris. He served as lieutenant and captain in the 12th Manitoba Dragoons from 1904 to 1908, and later as Major of the 18th Mounted Rifles from 1908 until 1913, when he was promoted to Lieutenant-Colonel.
