The Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act is legislation, introduced by Congresswoman Barbara Comstock (R-Va.), U.S. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), Congressman Peter King (R-N.Y.), and Congressman Raúl Labrador (R-Idaho), that was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives during the 115th United States Congress to make it easier to deny admission to, or deport, aliens suspected of gang activity. Comstock has said that she introduced the bill to target criminal gangs like MS-13.
