Hughesdale is a neighborhood in the town of Johnston, Rhode Island. Hughesdale is a primarily residential neighborhood in the southeast corner of the town, centered near Central Avenue and . It is situated near the villages of and Thornton. Thomas Hughes's personal home from 1865 to around 1877, pictured on the right, is one of the few buildings still standing from this early era. The building was built in 1845 and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places as the Thomas H. Hughes House.
