"Hwaa" (Korean: 화(火花); lit. "Anger (Spark)"; stylized in all caps) is a song recorded by South Korean girl group (G)I-dle, released on January 11, 2021, by Cube Entertainment and Republic Records as the second track and lead single of the group's fourth extended play, I Burn. The song is written by member Soyeon and co-produced by Pop Time. The inspiration for the song came to Soyeon when member Shuhua once said 'winter girl' in a conversation. She took the idea and created the concept of a woman trapped in winter. The song was the last single released by (G)I-dle as a sextet, before Soojin's departure from the group in August 2021.
