Ian Reginald Knop AM (born 28 April 1949) is an Australian businessman and Chairman and Managing Director of , which is described as "an international executive search and management consulting firm". The firm was founded in 1976 by Knop. He is also Chairman of the Ray and Berndtson Asia Pacific Practice. He has been appointed as Chairman of the , a Tasmanian government advisory body. He is also the Chairman of the , a position he was appointed to in October 2007. A biographical note states that he "holds a bachelor's degree in business from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology".
