Jinx is depicted as a manic and impulsive criminal from Zaun who serves as the archenemy of the Piltover enforcer Vi. The 2021 Netflix animated streaming series Arcane explores the character's origin story as Powder, Vi's younger sister who, following a series of family tragedies, is taken in and raised by the crime lord Silco.
