Lillian Mary Westropp (May 9, 1884 - August 15, 1968) was an American banker and judge. Westropp was a native of Cleveland, the daughter of Thomas P. and Clara Stoeckel Westropp, and with her sister Clara grew up on the West Side of the city; they were two of nine children in the family. She graduated from West High School and Dyke School of Commerce, and for a short time pursued a career in the theater before enrolling in the law school at Baldwin-Wallace College, from which she graduated in 1915 with a LL.B.
