Mazlan bin Ismail was the Chief Operating Officer for Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). He retired from Vice President, Telekom Malaysia (TM) and took part in Malaysian politics and first appointed by the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia to be an advisor to MCMC with specialised duties, before appointed to his current post.
