Nicolò Martinenghi (Italian pronunciation: [nikoˈlɔ mmartiˈneŋɡi]; born 1 August 1999) is an Italian swimmer. He competed in the men's 100 metre breaststroke at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. He won the bronze medal in the 100 metre breaststroke at the 2020 Summer Olympics. At the 2022 World Aquatics Championships, he won the gold medal in the 100 metre breaststroke and the 4×100 metre medley relay and the silver medal in the 50 metre breaststroke.
