Lee Oval Jaynes Jr. (born July 25, 1940) is a former American football coach and college athletics administrator. Jaynes was the head football coach at Gardner–Webb University from 1975 to 1977, compiling an overall record of 14–15 in three seasons. He was an assistant coach for three seasons at the University of Wyoming and became an associate athletic director at Auburn University in 1981. He served as an assistant football coach and head wrestling coach at The Citadel in the 1965–66 season.
