Patrick Tambwé (born 5 May 1975 in Kinshasa) is a Congolese-born French long-distance runner. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's marathon, but did not finish. He twice represented the Democratic Republic of Congo in the marathon at the World Championships in Athletics, but failed to finish on either occasion. He is the DR Congo national record holder in nine events, including the half marathon, marathon and 5000 metres. He gained French citizenship in 2011 and was the marathon gold medallist at the 2011 Military World Games.
