Rosamond Davenport Hill (4 August 1825 – 6 August 1902) was a British educational administrator and prison reformer. She was the best known of three sisters who were the third generation of their familiy to take an interst in social reform. She took an interest in prisons, education and in the care of juvenile delinquents.
