Samir Ahmed Ayass (Arabic: سمير أحمد أياس, Lebanese Arabic pronunciation: [saˈmiːr ˈʔaħmad ʔajˈjæːs]; Bulgarian: Самир Ахмед Аяс; born 24 December 1990) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. Born in Bulgaria, Ayass represented them at youth level before switching allegiance to Lebanon, for whom he made his senior international debut in 2017. He helped his team reach the 2019 AFC Asian Cup for the first time through qualification, playing in the final tournament.
