Ronnie William Arneill (born February 19, 1981) is a Canadian professional wrestler and professional wrestling trainer currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the ring name Shawn Spears, where he is a current member of The Pinnacle. He is also known for his time with WWE under the ring name Tye Dillinger. Shortly after leaving WWE, he signed with the newly founded promotion All Elite Wrestling in May 2019, reverting to his Shawn Spears name.
