The 2004 Survivor Series was the 18th annual Survivor Series professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It was held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown! brand divisions. The event took place on November 14, 2004, at the Gund Arena (Now known as the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse) in Cleveland, Ohio.This is the first event to take place in Cleveland, Ohio but the fourth to take place in the state of Ohio (after the 1987,1988 and 1992 events) all took place in Richfield, Ohio.
