Thomas William Fraser-Holmes (born 9 October 1991) is an Australian swimmer who made his international debut in 2010. He was an Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games, he won individual bronze in the men's 200 m freestyle, and gold with the Australian men's 4 x 200 m freestyle relay team. He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the men's 200 m freestyle, the 400 m individual medley and the 4 x 200 m freestyle relay. In June 2017, Fraser-Holmes was banned for 12 months by FINA for missing three drug tests in a one-year period.
