The artists wrote the song with Joe Zarrillo who produced it with Khaled and Beyoncé. It was released on March 2, 2018, as the lead single from Khaled's eleventh studio album, Father of Asahd. Complex magazine ranked Beyoncé's verse on the song as the second best on the album.
