Den ligger i regionen Ye Debub Biheroch Bihereseboch na Hizboch, i den sydvästra delen av landet, 400 km söder om huvudstaden Addis Abeba. ディラシェ特別郡（Dirashe Wareda, ディラシェとくべつぐん）はエチオピアの南部諸民族州（SNNPR＝ Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region）内のワレダ（woreda（英語））の一つである。2011年以前のディラシェは南部諸民族州のどの県にも属しておらず、自治区に似た特別「郡（ワレダ）」として扱われた。2011年にディラシェと周囲の旧特別郡3ヵ所を統合してを設立、名前の由来はこのワレダ東部を故郷とするにちなむ。 Dirashe ou Derashe est un woreda spécial de la région des nations, nationalités et peuples du Sud en Éthiopie. Il a 142 758 habitants en 2007. Son chef-lieu est Gidole. Dirashe is one of the woredas in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR) of Ethiopia. Prior to 2011, Dirashe was not part of any Zone in the SNNPR and was therefore considered a Special woreda, an administrative subdivision which is similar to an autonomous area. In 2011, the was established, which includes Dirashe woreda and the 3 former special woredas surrounding it. It is named for the , whose homelands lie in the eastern part of this woreda.
