Muhammad Ould Fahfu al-Massumi (c. 1913 – July 17, 2018), Sidi Muhammad Bin Salik Ould Fahfu al-Amsami, better known as Murabit al-Hajj was a Mauritanian Islamic scholar who devoted his life to worship, learning and teaching Islamic Sciences. Teachers and students from around the world would often travel to study under his guidance. Based in a remote village in Mauritania, he trained hundreds if not thousands of scholars, including Hamza Yusuf. Muhammad Wald Fahfu al-Massumi (* 1913; gest. 17. Juli 2018), besser bekannt als Murabit al-Hajj (DMG al-murābiṭ al-ḥaǧǧ), war ein mauretanischer, einflussreicher islamischer Gelehrter und Asket der malikitischen Rechtsschule. Er zählt zu den wichtigsten Lehrern des US-amerikanischen islamischen Theologen Hamza Yusuf. Im Jahre 2016 kürte das Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre Murabit al-Hajj als einen der 500 einflussreichsten Muslime der Welt. المرابط الحاج بن السالك بن فحفو المسومي الصنهاجي (من مواليد 1908 وتوفي يوم 17 يوليو 2018) هو مؤلّف وفقيه وعالم موريتاني، يُعتبر من أشهر علماء موريتانيا وزهادها ومن شيوخ المحاظر في موريتانيا الكبار، له مؤلفات كثيرة، وتخرج على يديه شخصيات علمية ودعوية كثيرة.
