Her credits included , La madrastra and . Paz, daughter of Joaquín Yrarrázaval Larraín, of Basque descent, and Ana Donoso Foster, served as the former director of the Escuela de Teatro at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (UC), where she studied acting. She also founded two Chilean theater companies: Ictus and Teatro de Cámara. Paz Irarrázaval (nacida Paz Eufrasia Yrarrázaval Donoso,​ Santiago, 16 de mayo de 1931-ibídem, 11 de abril de 2010) fue una actriz chilena, conocida por su trabajo en series de televisión entre los años 1970 y 1990, también fue directora de la Escuela de Teatro en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile en dos períodos entre 1980-1983 y 1990-1996.

She also founded two Chilean theater companies: Ictus and Teatro de Cámara. Yrarrázaval, who suffered from rheumatoid arthritis, died around 2 a.m. on April 11, 2010, at her apartment in Providencia, Chile, at the age of 78. Her funeral was held at Iglesia de la Anunciación in Plaza Pedro de Valdivia and she was buried at Cementerio Católico. Paz Irarrázaval (nacida Paz Eufrasia Yrarrázaval Donoso,​ Santiago, 16 de mayo de 1931-ibídem, 11 de abril de 2010) fue una actriz chilena, conocida por su trabajo en series de televisión entre los años 1970 y 1990, también fue directora de la Escuela de Teatro en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile en dos períodos entre 1980-1983 y 1990-1996.
