Slimane Azem (en kabyle: Sliman Ɛazem, en tifinagh: ⵚⵍⵉⵎⴰⵏ ⵄⴰⵣⴻⵎ), né le 19 septembre 1918 à Agouni Gueghrane en Kabylie (Algérie française), et mort le 28 janvier 1983 à Moissac en France, est un musicien, chanteur, auteur-compositeur-interprète, poète et fabuliste kabyle. Slimane Azem (Agouni Gueghrane; 19 de septiembre de 1918-Moissac, Francia; 28 de febrero de 1983) fue un músico, cantante, cantautor, poeta y escritor argelino.
