Victoria Wood's All Day Breakfast
rdfs:comment
Victoria Wood's All Day Breakfast is a 50-minute television comedy special, written by and starring comedian Victoria Wood. It was broadcast on BBC One on Christmas Day 1992. The show was essentially a parody of British daytime magazine programmes and the sketches were linked by Duncan Preston and Wood as husband and wife daytime TV presenters 'Martin Cumbernauld' and 'Sally Crossthwaite', lampooning the real husband and wife presenting team Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan and their daytime magazine show This Morning. Wood said in a radio interview around the time that she just found the idea of a married couple presenting a television show funny, and also stated that Madeley and Finnigan said they both loved her parody of them.
