Bathynerita naticoidea is a species of small sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Neritidae, the nerites. This species is endemic to underwater cold seeps (oil seeps and gas seeps) in the northern Gulf of Mexico and in the Caribbean. The possible placement of this species within the closely allied family Phenacolepadidae has been under discussion. Species from these habitats can be collected by manned submersibles or by remotely operated underwater vehicles.
