Denise Beaudoin (born February 24, 1949) is a Canadian businessperson, lawyer, and former politician. She was first elected to represent the riding of Mirabel in the National Assembly of Quebec in the 2003 provincial election, but was defeated in the 2007 provincial election by François Desrochers of the Action démocratique du Québec. She was subsequently re-elected in the 2008 provincial election, 2012 provincial election and defeated again in the 2014 provincial election by Sylvie D'Amours of the Coalition Avenir Québec. She is a member of the Parti Québécois.

Elle a été députée péquiste à l'Assemblée nationale du Québec de 2003 à 2007, puis de 2008 à 2014, représentant la circonscription de Mirabel. Elle fut élue la première fois lors de l'Élection générale québécoise de 2003, elle fut défaite lors de l'Élection générale québécoise de 2007 pour ensuite être élue lors de l'Élection générale québécoise de 2008 et de 2012. Elle a été porte-parole de l'opposition officielle en matière de lois professionnelles, du 9 janvier 2009 au 1er août 2012. Lors de la 40e législature du Québec, elle est la Vice-Présidente de la commission des transports et de l'environnement à l'Assemblée nationale du Québec.
