Původní jméno kapely bylo Knight Of Demon, ale jelikož se kapela domnívala, že dostatečně nekoresponduje s jejich hudbou, bylo změněno. Po většinu devadesátých let neměli Destruction podepsanou smlouvu s nahrávací společností a byli tak nuceni si produkovat svá alba sami. (cs)
