Guernsey competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England between 28 July and 8 August 2022. Having made its Games debut in 1970, it was Guernsey's fourteenth appearance to date. Guernsey's team consisted of 28 athletes. Cyclist and badminton player Elena Johnson were the country's flagbearers during the opening ceremony. Lawn bowler Lucy Beere won the territory's first medal in 28 years, by winning the silver medal in the women's singles event.
