Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (/ˈhɛlmrɪk/ HELM-rik) is an American petroleum contract drilling company engaged in oil and gas well drilling and related services for exploration and production companies headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with operations throughout the world.
