| - الحاج أبو عبد الله إبراهيم الطليطلي المعروف بـابن بصال (ازدهر بين عامي 1038 - 1075)، عالم نبات وأحد أشهر علماء الفلاحة في القرن 12 (القرن 5 هـ). ولد في طليطلة في إشبيلية جنوب إسبانيا، ولا يعرف عنه ما يثبت هويته أو يحدد تاريخ ميلاده أو وفاته.قام بالتأليف في علوم النباتات والفلاحة ومن أشهر أعماله كتاب القصد والبيان وكتاب الفلاحة والمؤلف من ستة عشر بابا في صنوف الاراضى وانواع وطرق اعداد السماد واساليب الزراعة المختلفة لكثير من النباتات (ar)

- Abu Abdullah Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Bassal Al-Tulaytuli, aussi connue sous le nom d'Ibn Bassal (en arabe : ابن بصال), était un botaniste, agronome et écrivain Arabe d'Al-Andalus du XIe siècle, qui écrivit de nombreux traitées d'horticulture et d'arboriculture. Il est notamment connu pour son œuvre majeure d'agronomie, le Dīwān Al-filāha (littéralement: L'anthologie de l'élevage). (fr)
- Ibn Bassal (arabisch ابن بصال, DMG Ibn Baṣṣāl), eigentlich Abū ʿAbd Allāh Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Baṣṣāl aṭ-Ṭulayṭulī, war ein Agronom und Botaniker des 11. Jahrhunderts in Toledo und Sevilla. Ibn Bassal ist bekannt als Verfasser eines Buchs über Landwirtschaft, Dīwān al-filāḥa. Noch zu Lebzeiten erschien eine gekürzte Fassung (Kitāb al-qaṣd wa-l-bayān). Das Buch hat keine Bezüge zu älteren Autoren und beruht auf den Erfahrungen von Ibn Bassal. Es beschreibt rund 180 Kulturpflanzen. (de)
- Ibn Bassal o Ibrahim Ibn Bassal (siglo XI) fue un agrónomo musulmán que vivió en Toledo y Sevilla, al servicio del califa de la Taifa de Toledo, Al-Mamún. Escribió Diwan al-Filaha (Libro de Agricultura), un tratado de agronomía traducido al castellano en la escuela toledana, y por vez primera en tiempos modernos por José María Millás Vallicrosa y Mohamed Aziman en 1955. Tras la toma de Toledo por los ejércitos cristianos y pasar por Badajoz se dirigió a Sevilla, donde fue nombrado responsable del Jardín del Sultán (Al-Mutamid) (es)
