Panskurar Chop (Bengali: পাঁশকুড়ার চপ) a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent; in West Bengal at Panskura"Panskura" means an area in Purba Medinipur district , and the word "chop" means a small cutlet fritters or croquette in Bengali.
