Patricia A. Locke (Tawacin WasteWin; January 21, 1928 – October 20, 2001) was a Native American educator, activist, and prominent member of the Baháʼí Faith. She worked closely with indigenous activists in supporting the American Indian Religious Freedom Act. After joining the Baháʼí Faith in 1988, she was elected as the first Native American woman to serve on the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baháʼís of the United States.

Fue elegida como la primera mujer nativa estadounidense en formar parte de una Asamble Nacional de los Bahá'ís. En 1991 fue becaria de la fundación McArthur. Representó a la comunidad Bahá'í de Estados Unidos en Beijing en la Cuarta Conferencia Mundial sobre la Mujer en Beijing, China. Fue galardonada con el premio Those Who Make a Difference del Instituto de Lenguas Indígenas en 2001, poco antes de su muerte. De manera póstuma, en 2006, se le incluyó en Salón de la Fama Nacional de Mujeres de Estados Unidos.
