| - Les Conferències de les Nacions unides sobre els canvis climàtics és el resultat d'un procés iniciat per l'ONU en 1992 a la continuació de la Cimera de Rio per fer cara al canvi climàtic. Pren la forma d'una continuació de Conferències de les parts (o COP per Conference of the Parties) organitzades cada any des de 1995. El resultat essencial d'aquest procés és la posada en marxa del Protocol de Kyoto destinat a estabilitzar el clima. La COP20 va tenir lloc el 2014 a Lima, la COP21 el 2015 a París, la COP22 el 2016 a Marràqueix, i la COP23 el 2017 a Bonn, mentre que la del 2018 es farà a Katowice. (ca)
- Les Conférences des Nations unies sur les changements climatiques découlent d'un processus initié par l'ONU en 1992 à la suite du Sommet de Rio pour faire face au changement climatique. Prévues par la Convention-cadre des Nations unies sur les changements climatiques de 1992, les conférences prennent la forme d'une suite de Conférences des parties (ou COP pour Conference of the Parties) organisées chaque année depuis 1995. Le Protocole de Kyoto et l'Accord de Paris ont été négociés pendant ces conférences. (fr)
- Konferensi Perubahan Iklim Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa merupakan konferensi tahunan yang diadakan sebagai pertemuan formal bagi peserta UNFCCC yang juga disebut Conference of the Parties (COP). COP merupakan pembuat keputusan tertinggi konferensi dan pengawas keefektifan implementasi serta instrumen hukum lainnya. Pertemuan COP pertama diadakan di Berlin, Jerman pada bulan Maret 1995. Sejak tahun 2005, konferensi ini juga membahas Protokol Kyoto (CMP). Bagi negara yang bukan bagian dari COP tetap bisa mengikuti konferensi, tetapi tidak memiliki hak untuk membuat keputusan. (in)

- Konference OSN o změně klimatu jsou každoroční konference pořádané při Rámcové úmluvě OSN o změně klimatu (UNFCCC). Slouží jako formální zasedání smluvních stran UNFCCC k posouzení pokroku pro řešení změn klimatu a počínaje polovinou 90. let ke sjednávání Kjótského protokolu o stanovení právně závazných povinností rozvinutých zemí snížit jejich emise skleníkových plynů. Od roku 2005 je funkce konference také jako „konference smluvních stran sloužící jako setkání smluvních stran Kjótského protokolu“ (CMP). Smluvní strany úmluvy, které nejsou smluvními stranami protokolu, se rovněž mohou účastnit schůzek souvisejících s protokolem jako pozorovatelé. Od roku 2011 se tyto schůzky využívají také k vyjednávání Pařížské dohody v rámci činností platformy Durban až do jejího uzavření v roce 2015, c (cs)
- Die UN-Klimakonferenz (englischer Originaltitel United Nations Climate Change Conference, auch (Welt-)Klimagipfel oder Welt-Klimakonferenz) ist die jährlich stattfindende Vertragsstaatenkonferenz (Conference of the Parties, COP) der UN-Klimarahmenkonvention. Eine globale Post-Kyoto-Regelung, an die viele nach dem Scheitern der UN-Klimakonferenz in Kopenhagen 2009 nicht mehr glaubten, wurde auf der 21. UN-Klimakonferenz in Paris beschlossen.
